In response to the Port of San Diego’s recent decision to dramatically cut the Port’s Public Art budget, a group of San Diego artists have organized an exhibition of works, underscoring the cultural and economic opportunities offered by public art in San Diego. PUBLIC ART MATTERS will commence on at 5:00 p.m. on August 8 at Woodbury University School of Architecture in Barrio Logan.
This site will be continuously populated with updates about the show, and general information about Public Art in San Diego and beyond. You are encouraged to take part in the ongoing dialogue.
